Order Changes & Cancellations
Once your order is processed, we cannot make changes or cancel it. If you need to cancel, contact us immediately — we’ll try to stop it before it’s prepared.
Free Shipping
U.S. orders over $75 qualify for free USPS Ground Advantage shipping (after discounts). Free shipping does not include USPS Priority or UPS.
Processing & Tracking
Our items are made in very small batches to ensure freshness. Orders are usually processed within 7 business days. Expedited shipping only shortens transit time; it does not speed up processing. All orders include tracking info if you provide an email.
Temperature-Sensitive Products
Our natural oils, butters, and waxes may melt in heat or freeze in winter. Thawed products remain fully usable although texture may change.
Eco-Friendly Packaging
All orders are shipped in environmentally friendly materials.
Damaged, Lost, or Stolen Packages
Optional shipping protection is available via Corso. If purchased, you can file a claim for reorder or refund. Without coverage, customers assume responsibility.
Address Issues
We are not responsible for packages returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. Reshipping fees or restocking fees apply.
Lost or Stolen Packages Confirmed Delivered
If a package shows as delivered, Hayden Park is not responsible. We can provide tracking and carrier info to help you follow up.
