At Hayden Park, every product is handmade with care, so we cannot accept refunds, returns, or exchanges.
Lost, Damaged, or Incorrect Orders
If your order is lost, damaged, or contains an error, please contact us within 14 days of receiving it. Include your order number and a photo if possible. After 14 days, we cannot offer replacements or refunds.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Once an order is processed, we cannot make changes, combine orders, or update shipping details.

For subscription orders, please cancel at least 24 hours before the next shipment to stop a reorder.
Product Use & Safety

All products come with a full ingredient list. Please check for allergens before ordering.

We recommend patch testing before using any product and introducing new products gradually into your routine, one at a time.

If you experience a reaction, discontinue use and contact our team for tips or alternatives.
Scents, Textures, & Product Variations

Because each product is handcrafted in small batches, we cannot accept returns due to scent, texture, color, or consistency preferences.

During warm months, tallow-based creams and butters may arrive melted or liquid. This does not affect quality — simply allow the product to solidify in a cool place or fridge.
Storage & Care

Store products in a cool, dry place and avoid adding water.

Our products are made without harsh preservatives, additives, or harsh chemicals to maintain their integrity.
